Hello, I'm Olga Roman, the founder of Your Best Self Fitness & Wellness Coaching. Our mission is to empower busy professionals to ignite their energy and thrive in their careers.

 

Balancing a dynamic career in finance with a passion for mountaineering, running, and triathlons, I've personally navigated the challenges of a demanding job while maintaining a strong focus on a healthy and active lifestyle. This unique experience has given me valuable insights into the struggles of high-achieving professionals who seek a harmonious blend of career success and personal well-being.

 

Amid the long hours and demands of corporate life, I discovered the transformative power of fitness in 2012. Since then, I've summited some of the world's highest mountains, completed seven ironman triathlons, and participated in over a dozen marathons and ultramarathons. This journey has not only improved my physical health but has also fueled the energy needed to excel in both personal and professional realms.

 

Guided by these experiences and certified as a Professional Coach, USA Triathlon Level I Certified Coach, Certified Nutritionist, and Certified Personal Trainer, I offer a unique perspective to support your wellness journey.
